David LeMay, MD

Dr. LeMay is a Performance Medicine Consultant for the NBA, NHL, MLB and NFL. 

Dr. LeMay graduated from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 1996 and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2000 at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. 

KEVIN LACZ, PA

Kevin Lacz is a Navy Veteran where he served as a Navy SEAL in SEAL Team THREE as a Sniper, Breacher, and Medic. Kevin was born and raised in Central Connecticut. He enrolled at James Madison University in 2000 in pursuit of his lifelong dream of becoming a doctor. When the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001…

ERIK VONBERGEN

Erik Von Bergen was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama and now resides in the Florida panhandle. He is a graduate of Troy University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing before entering the corporate world. After serving his community in law enforcement, he joined the Lifestyle Performance Medicine team in 2018.  He and his wife volunteer with several local nonprofit organizations.
